Dance

Sessions for those who are passionate and serious about the performing arts industry. A range of training is available including choreography, technique, dance conditioning, performance and Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing specific coaching.

Fitness

A chance to move your body, get fitter, become stronger, express yourself, focus the mind to the beat of the music and have fun. For those who fancy something calmer, I provide sessions that allow participants to connect the body, mind and spirit.

Theatre

Looking for a short intensive course that will help you prepare for an upcoming audition, exam or just wanting to improve as a performer, these energetic and fun courses are jam-packed to help guild you in all aspects of performing arts.
